02. Then click on Career with CIL option and click on Departmental Recruitment option.
03. After clicking on the Promotion/Selection from Non-Executive to Executive Cadre (CBT) option, candidates have to complete the specific registration process.
04. After completing the registration process candidates have to complete the application process by attaching all the documents and passport size photo.
05. A print copy of the application should be kept with you at the end of the application process.

Candidates will have computer best test of number 200. After passing that test, the staff will be selected through interview.

Education Qualification:-
01. Electrical and Telecommunication : Candidates must have Matriculation pass or three years Diploma course in Electronics/Telecommunication/Instrumentation to apply for this post. Also should have 03 years work experience in related subject.
02. Finance : To apply for this post candidates should have graduation pass from respective university or pass in CA/ICWA or Inter Cost/ CA and CIL Accounts exam. Also candidates should have three years work experience in accounts or three years work experience in CA Firm.
03. Electrical and Mechanical: To apply for this post candidates must have matriculation pass and three years diploma pass. Also candidates should have seven years and three years of Foreman Incharge/Engg work experience.
04. Excavation : Candidates to apply for this post Candidates must have Matriculation pass and 03 years Diploma pass to Apply for this post. Also candidates should have 07 years and three years of Foreman Incharge/Engg work experience.
05. Environment : Candidates must pass B.Sc from ISM center to apply for this post. Along with that the candidates will have to appear in CIL in the relevant subject.
06. Legal: To apply for this post candidates must have passed graduation in law department from any concerned institution. Along with that candidates should have 02 years work experience in related subject.
07. Marketing and Sales: Matriculate pass candidates should have 05 years work experience and Graduation pass candidates should have 03 years work experience.
08. Materials Management: Staff will be recruited in two categories, 1st: Matric pass candidates can apply here and 2nd: Graduation pass or 02 years MBA in any subject. Also, in the case of matric pass candidates, they should have 05 years of work experience as inspector of store/purchase or chiep store keeper and in the case of graduation MBA pass candidates, they should have 03 years of work experience in inspector of store/purchase or chiep store keeper.
09. Security: Candidates will be recruited in two categories of staff for this post. Firstly matric pass and secondly graduation side. Candidates should have 05 years work experience for Matric side and 03 years work experience for Graduation side.
10. Civil: Here candidates will be recruited in two categories. First must have matric pass or its equivalent qualification, second must have three years graduation pass in engineering. Matric pass candidates should have 07 years work experience and graduation side candidates should have 03 years work experience.
