How to Get a Jio Data Loan
1. Using the My Jio App
- Open the MyJio app on your smartphone.
- Tap the ☰ Menu (top left).
- Go to Mobile Services → Emergency Data Loan.
- Tap Proceed → Get Emergency Data → Activate.
- Your emergency data (e.g., 1 GB) will be added immediately.
2. Using USSD Codes or Call
You can also request a data loan from your phone dialer:
